M2A Media to partner with Samaritans in 2024
M2A Media employees vote to support Samaritans via a range of fundraising activities throughout 2024
London, 15 May 2024: M2A Media, leading innovators in live cloud-based video solutions, is delighted to announce that it will be partnering with Samaritans over the course of 2024, to deliver a range of employee-led fundraising activities.
As part of the company’s social impact initiatives, which has seen M2A Media support organisations including, The Brain Tumour Charity, Euston Foodbank and St Mungo’s Homeless Charity, M2A Media recently chose Samaritans as its named charity for 2024, following employee-led nominations and a company-wide vote.
M2A’s Chief Financial Officer, Sam Hewitt, said: “We have an active Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee at M2A Media, which has supported several charities over the years. I’m delighted to share that this year we will be partnering with Samaritans. We understand the importance of the work Samaritans does to support those people who are struggling to cope or who are in crisis, and we look forward to delivering a range of activities that will raise money for this very worthwhile cause.”

M2A Media will support Samaritans, with initiatives including, but not limited to, a company ‘London to Amsterdam’ themed sponsored walk to align with the upcoming IBC 2024 industry event, London Landmarks Half Marathon and office bake sales. M2A Media employees will also be given the opportunity to dedicate company time to volunteer for the charity. Further details of fundraising events will be announced in due course.
