M2A CONNECT orchestrates the power of AWS services and is designed to remove the complexities of stream distribution.

As a Subscriber, you can:
- Check your Subscriber details
- View the Sources that are available to you
- Schedule Events on these Sources
- Switch the available Sources to different outputs
The Sources and Events available are determined by the agreement with your Distribution partner. This agreement is modelled as a Subscription, which is set up by your Distribution partner or M2A Media.
When you first log in, please check your available Sources and Events to ensure that your agreement has been reflected correctly. Your hand-off points are represented as Outputs from M2A CONNECT. These are switchable in the UI to allow for live incidents and route changes for your downstream workflows.
Our standard hand-off is an AWS Entitlement. This means that the live transport stream becomes available in a Subscriber’s AWS account when a Subscriber’s Event is active. To distribute live streams outside of AWS, M2A CONNECT also allows the easy provisioning of the following protocols:
- Zixi Pull
- Zixi Push
- RIST
- RTP-FEC
- SRT Caller
- SRT Listener
