The M2A 24/7 Operations team is based in our MCR in Central London. The team ensures the availability, performance and quality of the M2A platforms and services 365 days a year.
M2A Operations provides a complete operational service combining pro-active troubleshooting, with ‘eyes on glass’, automated monitoring, real-time signal telemetry and skilled issue resolution.
Our incident and service management procedures follow ITIL best practice protocols and are proven in the field of live broadcasting.
Working hand in glove with our Development team, M2A Operations is supported by designated primary and secondary on-call DevOps engineers.
